Central Office of the Armenian Young Lawyers Association

The general and financial management of the Armenian Young Lawyers Association is carried out through its Central Office. Meetings of the AYLA Board, AYLA staff, and between AYLA and external organizations and entities are held here.

The Central Office:

• carries out the general management of the organization and coordinates activities of regional branches,
• controls AYLA’s centralized accounting, which includes the accounting of the regional branches,
• recruits new AYLA members in compliance with the AYLA Charter,
• manages the organization's staff in compliance with AYLA’s labor regulations,
• prepares reports on the status of AYLA projects as well as all financial reports,
• compiles overall statistics of the services provided by all AYLA offices,
• resolves technical and logistical issues for all AYLA offices,
• finalizes new projects, and
• coordinates the activities of AYLA professional committees, clubs, and other intraorganizational units.

The Central Office is furnished with legal and technical resources, which may be used by the members of the organization. The Central Office includes a law library, which has 3070 books, handbooks and current legal literature, a computer room with permanent Internet connection and the RA legislative computer software program. Seminars and trainings for the staff and organization members are organized regularly.
