Problems of the Advocacy Sphere
The current state and prospects for the development of advocacy in the Republic of Armenia were discussed in the final oral round of the fourth scientific conference of the law students yesterday.
The conference was aimed at promoting realization of professional research among the young lawyers, as well as raising the level of their knowledge in the advocacy sphere, and to ensure their participation in the process of establishment of the advocacy institute.
The Scientific Conference had written and oral rounds. 8 applicants from the total 28 law students had introduced their reports, which were assessed by a jury of expert lawyers and advocates. The law students tried to foretell the prospects for the development of advocacy institute in our country. 4 best reports were authorized to take part in the final, oral round.
The jury recognized the best Varduhi Badalyan, 5th year student from the law department of Gavar State University was recognized the best by the jury. She won the "The Best Oralist" prize as well. The winners received valuable prizes. Participants of the Conference received encouragement prizes as well.
The Conference was organized jointly by the Armenian Young Lawyers Association, The Law Foundation of Armenia and "LEGAL ALLIANCE" Law Firm.
