AYLA Kapan Office organized a Seminar on “Freedom of Information in the RA”
On 20 May 2010 The AYLA Kapan Office organized a seminar on “Freedom of Information in the RA,” which was held in the Youth Center of Kapan Cultural Club. Advocate Mr. Arshavir Khalapyan, head of the AYLA Kapan Office facilitated the seminar. Representatives from the city and Marz administrations, non-governmental organizations, mass media, as well as law students, members, volunteers of the AYLA Kapan Branch and other interested individuals attended the seminar.
