The Regular TV Program with participation of Kotayk AAC shot
On 26 April 2010, on the initiative of Kotayk AAC two TV programs were shot in the administrative building of Kotayk Marzpetaran. During the program, Mr. Kovalenko Shahgaldyan introduced the activities, which the Marz administration undertakes to ensure transparency of its work. In particular he introduced the electronic documentation mail exchange system (Mulberry System), which was installed in Marzpetaran network last year. Mr. Shahgaldyan noted that such system would be installed in the urban and rural communities of the Marz in the nearest future as well. Mr. Marzpet Gareginyan, head of the staff of Kotayk Marzpetaran participated in the program as well. He spoke about the positive impact of this system on the work of the Marz administration. Mrs. Babushyan, secretary of Marzpetaran staff introduced the technical characteristics of Mulberry System. Mrs. Irina Mkrtchyan, head of the general department of Marzpetaran showed how the citizens’ applications were digitalized and entered in the system. This system provides opportunity to the Management of the Marz to track and oversight the documents’ turnover in Marzpetaran. At the same time the citizens can follow the advancement of their application to Marzpetaran through the internet.
The program shall be aired on Hrazdan, Charentsavan and Abovyan TV Companies.
