Announcement

The Armenian Young Lawyers Association is pleased to inform that the regular General Assembly of the organization will be held on 4 December 2010, at 11:00p.m. in the AYLA Central Office. The agenda includes the following issues:

1. Discussion and approval of the activity, financial operation, and property utilization reports of the “Armenian Young Lawyers Association” non-governmental organization for the period of 01.12.2008 – 01.12.2010.
2. Election of the Governing Bodies of the “Armenian Young Lawyers Association” non-governmental organization:

a) approval of the number of members of the AYLA Board,
b) election of the AYLA President,
c) election of the AYLA Vice-President,
d) election of the AYLA Responsible Secretary,
e) election of the AYLA Board.

3. Other issues.

All members of the Armenian Young Lawyers Association are welcome to participate in the work of the General Assembly.
