AYLA Self Assessment 2008

On 14 February 2009 the Armenian Young Lawyers Association (AYLA) organized a self-assessment workshop, which took place in the newly opened building of the German University in Armenia.
AYLA members Robert Grigoryan and Liana Harutyunyan were the organizers and facilitators of the self-assessment workshop. Thirty people participated in the self-assessment workshop, among them AYLA members, volunteers, representatives of the staff, as well as of AYLA Board and from partner organizations.

The facilitators introduced to the attention of the participants the activities carried out in accordance to the AYLA Development Plan 2008, as well as the achievements and the implemented projects of the organization. In result of the discussions the participants revealed the infrastructures that needed special attention. Further they discussed and elaborated the Organization’s Development Plan 2009. The plan included the Financial Sustainability, Human Resources and Projects and Services infrastructures, which were considered as development directions in AYLA activities in 2009.
