1. Karen Zadoyan
(Managing Partner of "LEGAL ALLIANCE" Law Firm, Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Law Foundation of Armenia, Advocate)
Karen Zadoyan was born on 20 February 1970 in Yerevan.
In 1991 - 1996 he studied and graduated from the faculty of law of Yerevan State University.
Member of Advocates Union of Armenia; co-founder and Chair of Board of Trustees of the Law Foundation of Armenia; managing partner of "LEGAL ALLIANCE" Law Firm; Founder and President of the Armenian Young Lawyers Association NGO; member of the European Young Bar Association.
He has an experience of more than 10 years in the sphere of management of the non-governmental organizations and protection of human rights as well as experience as an advocate. He is the author and initiator of the project of Scientific Conferences of Law Students "Advocacy: Current State and Prospects for its Development in the Republic of Armenia."
In 1996 - 2004 he participated in seminars, trainings and conferences in Armenia as well as in the foreign countries: the USA, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, Sweden, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovenia, and Ukraine.

2. David Abgaryan
(Vice President of the Armenian Young Lawyers Association)
David Abgaryan was born on 25 February 1973 in the city Berd of Tavush region of the RA.
In 1991-1996 he studied and graduated from the faculty of law of Yerevan State University.
He has participated in different training and exchange programs for lawyers in the USA, the United Kingdom, Poland and Czech Republic. He also participated in international seminars and conferences in Slovenia, Spain, Russia, Ukraine, Italy and Poland.
He is a member of the Chamber of Advocates of Armenia; a co-founder and Vice-Chair of Board of Trustees of the Law Foundation of Armenia; partner of "LEGAL ALLIANCE" Law Firm; member of the European Young Bar Association; and a coordinator of the Commercial Law Club.

3. Liana Harutyunyan
(Member of Board of the Armenian Young Lawyers Association)
Miss Liana Harutyunyan was born on 23 April 1978 in Yerevan.
In 1995 - 2000 she studied and graduated from the faculty of law of Yerevan "Galik" University, with a diploma of lawyer-jurisprudence.
Since 2001 Member of the Chamber of Advocates of the RA.
In 2003-2004 Qualification Committee member of the tender for the vacancies for civil service employees.
In 2004-2005 Judge of the European Moot Court Competition "Interactive Human Rights."
Participant in the Republican Youth Conference "Youth, Reality, Perspectives", Report "Youth and Jurisprudence," on 17-19 June 2005, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Youth Affairs in Yerevan and received a certificate.
Advocate in the Armenian Young Lawyers Association since 2001.
In 2003 expert on analysis of the RA taxation legislation in "Media Model" LLC, also worked in the Armenian Constitutional Right protective NGO as an expert/lecturer of "State and Right." In 2005 lecturer in "Training and Development" LLC
Advocate in "LEGAL ALLIANCE" Law Firm since 2003.
She has participated in seminars, trainings and conferences in Armenia as well as in the foreign countries: Poland and Ukraine.
Since April 2007 accredited advocate at the Chamber of Advocates of the RA.

4. Vrezh Gasparyan
(Deputy Head of the Legislative Analysis and Development Department of the RA National Assembly)
Mr. Vrezh Gasparyan was born on 31 March 1962 in Yerevan.
In 1969 - 1979 he studied and graduated from Kirov school # 12 in Yerevan. After school he worked as a laboratory assistant in the Yerevan Branch of the Research Institute of Communication.
In 1980 - 1982 he served in the special communication battalion of the Soviet Armed Forces. After the military service he worked in his previous workplace as a senior technician of the laboratory.
In 1983 - 1985 he worked as a 4th grade linear worker in the 37th special mechanized department of "Yerevanshin" Union.
In 1985 - 1990 he studied and graduated from the faculty of law of Yerevan State University and was appointed to the Ministry of Justice as a young specialist.
In 1990 - 1996 he worked in the legislative department of RA Ministry of Justice as an advisor of the first category then as a leading advisor and the chief advisor.
In 1995 - 1996 he worked simultaneously in the Finance Ministry of RA as the chief legal advisor.
Since April 10, 1996 he worked in the President’s administration as the head of legal department.
In 1998 - 2005 he was the Head of Office of State Legal Issues of the President’s Administration.
At present Mr. Vrezh Gasparyan is Deputy Head of the Legislative Analysis and Development Department of the RA National Assembly.
He holds the title of Second Class State Counselor of Justice of the RA.
Mr. Gasparyan is married and has two children: daughter and a son.
