The Law Foundation of Armenia
The Law Foundation of Armenia was founded on August 23, 2003 and registered
in the Central State Register Body on September 9, 2003.
The main goals of the Foundation’s are: to assist to the legal-judicial
reforms in Armenia, to the development of the advocate’s institute, to
the development and improvement of the advocates’ professional skills
and to consolidate the role of the advocates. It also aims to promote the establishment
of the law schools and the faculties of law of the institutes in the Republic
of Armenia, as well as to better organization of the educational process in
the law schools and in the law departments of other institutes.
The Law Foundation of Armenia is the coorganizer of the Republican Scientific Conference of Law Students "Judicial System: Current State and Prospects for its Development in RA."

Armenian Young Lawyers Association Non-Governmental Organization
"Armenian Young Lawyers Association" Non-Governmental Organization
(AYLA) was founded in 1995 (AYLA) by a group of the students of the faculty
of law of the Yerevan State University and young lawyers. It was registered
in the Ministry of Justice of RA on March 14, 1995. The organization was re-registered
at the Ministry of Justice on May 23, 1997, December 14, 1999 and December
27, 2002.
The main goal of the organization is to join the efforts of the members and
supporters of the organization as well as of the new generation of the lawyers
to promote to the establishment of Armenia as a sovereign, democratic, legal
and social state. The organization carries out different projects to meet the
goals and objectives as provided in its Charter, which are aimed at development
and dissemination of legal knowledge.
Armenian Young Lawyers Association is the co-organizer of the First Republican Scientific Conference of Law Students "Judicial System: Current State and Prospects for its Development in RA."
Law Students’ Division of Armenian Young Lawyers Association
The Law Students Division of AYLA was founded by the decision of Armenian Young
Lawyers Association and is a structural sub-division of the organization.
The founding meeting of AYLA Law Students Division took place on April 23,
2004. The Law Students Division joins the students from more than 20 state
and private law schools and law departments of other institutes.
The main goals of the Law Students Division are: to assist to the self-organization
of the law students, as well as to improve the level of legal education, to
introduce and to consolidate new methods of teaching in the law schools and
law departments of the institutes, to promote to the establishment of the advocacy
institute in Armenia and to organization of conferences, competitions and other
professional events.
AYLA Law Students Division is the co-organizer of the Republican Scientific Conference of Law Students "Judicial System: Current State and Prospects for its Development in RA."
